Our Simple 6-step Process
2 — PLAN YOUR SESSION
In conversation with Valentina, you’ll define the type of shoot that fits you best, choose the package, get all your questions answered, and find the ideal date and time for your session.
3 — CONFIRM AND PAY
Once everything is set, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your booking. If you have questions about cancellations or changes, you can always check our FAQ or ask Valentina directly.
4 — PHOTOSHOOT DAY
Rodrigo will meet you at the agreed location, and the fun begins.
5 — CHOOSE YOUR FAVORITE
Seven days after the shoot, you’ll receive a private gallery of watermarked proofs so you can select your favorite images.
6 — RECEIVE YOUR PHOTOS
Your chosen photos will be professionally edited and delivered in high resolution within one week — ready to share, print, or simply keep forever.

We are based in Paris and Madrid, but we frequently travel to shoot on-location for clients anywhere in the world.
Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes, we are available to travel for photoshoots at any location desired by our clients. Travel costs will be added to the photoshoot package pricing.
What kind of locations work best for Lifestyle Sessions?
Think of places that reflect your routine or personality — your favorite neighborhood, a café, a workspace, or even your home. We’ll help you choose the right spot based on the story you want to tell.
Can we shoot in multiple locations?
Yes, depending on the session package you choose. We’ll plan out your route or transitions in advance to make the most of our time together.
What should I wear for a Portrait Session?
Choose clean, professional outfits that reflect your role and industry. Solid colors work best. We'll guide you through wardrobe choices based on your goals during your consultation.
How many team members can you photograph per hour?
On average, we can photograph 4 to 6 team members per hour, depending on the setup and flow. We’ll help you plan the schedule in advance to make the most of your time.
Do you offer group photos in the Team Package?
Group photos can be added if time allows. Let us know during the consultation if you'd like to include a team or department group shot, and we’ll plan accordingly.
Is this session suitable for creatives or artists?
Absolutely. Whether you're an author, musician, designer, or public speaker, we tailor the shoot to match your personality and profession.








Can you match our brand’s visual style?
Yes. We’re happy to align the session with your company’s brand guidelines — including background, color palette, and overall tone — to ensure your portraits feel consistent with your identity.
Do you offer on-site sessions at our office?
Yes. Most team sessions take place at your office or chosen location. We bring a minimal setup to ensure a smooth and non-disruptive process for your staff.
What’s the difference between Portrait and Lifestyle Sessions?Portrait Sessions are more focused and professional — ideal for headshots, team photos, and profile images. Lifestyle Sessions are more relaxed and narrative-based, capturing daily life, style, or creative energy.
Can I choose the background or setting?
Yes. While we typically shoot in simple, natural light setups or clean environments, we can work in your office, home, or an agreed-upon location that supports the look you're going for.
How/when will my photos be delivered?
Within one week after the session, you'll receive a gallery of watermarked low-res proofs to select your favorite images. Your final high-resolution edited photos will be delivered via digital download within one week of your image selection.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us at least 10 days in advance.
Cancellations made more than 10 days in advance will receive a full refund, minus any payment processing fees. However, cancellations made less than 10 days before your session date will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee, with the remaining 70% of your payment refunded.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates for all our packages. It’s a perfect gift for loved ones who cherish capturing special moments.
